• Information we collect or that you provide to us when you visit our website, such as your name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses. If you request e-mail contact from us or send us e-mail, we may retain your e-mail address and the messages themselves.

Our Policy about Disclosing Customer Information

We do not disclose customer information we collect about our customers or former customers to third parties outside of Buckeye, except as permitted or required by law. These exceptions are described below. Since this is our policy, there is nothing you need to do to request us not to share customer information with such third parties.

Exceptions for Joint Marketers and Service Providers

We may disclose all of the customer information we collect (as described above), on customers and former customers, to the following types of financial institutions and companies:

• Financial service providers, such as motor vehicle lenders or lessors, mortgage brokers, and insurance agents.
• Companies that provide products such as Guaranteed Automobile Protection (GAP) products, warranties, and service contracts (depending upon how your state regulates the sale of these products). Companies that provide marketing services for us, such as direct marketing companies, market research firms and internet marketing firms
  Manufacturers of the products and services that we represent.
  Companies that make customer satisfaction inquiries on our behalf.

How we protect the nonpublic personal information we collect about you

We take our responsibility to protect your nonpublic personal information very seriously. Whenever we collect information about you, we restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to our employees and those third parties who need the information to respond to your inquiries, to provide better customer service, and to provide products, services and other promotional information we believe may help meet your needs or be of interest to you. We explain the importance of protecting your nonpublic personal information to our employees and take appropriate measures to enforce employee responsibilities regarding our Privacy Policy. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of the information we collect. We require any third party who receives information about you from us to agree to keep that information confidential and to use the information only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

Customer Information Shared Between Buckeye Nissan and Buckeye Honda

We may disclose all of the customer information we collect (as described above), on customers and former customers, among Buckeye Nissan and Buckeye Honda. However, you have the right to ask us not to share certain information with the other company, including:

• Information you give us on applications or other forms, such as your income or marital status.
• Information we obtain from a consumer report, such as your credit score or credit history.
• Information we obtain from others regarding their relationships with you, such as account balances and employment history.

You may request that this type of information not be shared between dealerships by presenting a completed Opt Out Form to a Buckeye representative or by calling the respective Office Manager for Buckeye Nissan (614.771.2345) or Buckeye Honda (614.837.2558). Please be aware that completing this Opt Out Form does not override law permitting us to share other information about you between the dealerships.

You may also have additional privacy rights under state law. Please remember, however, that even if you decide to opt out of having your nonpublic personal information disclosed to certain third parties, we may still disclose nonpublic personal information about you as permitted by law.

This Privacy Policy and your opt out decision applies to both Buckeye Nissan, Inc., and Spires Motors, Inc. dba Buckeye Honda.
